3.28P cooked palabok and ate it..
how to make palabok (my version):
1. cook pansit and drain
2. cook shrimp and cut into smaller pieces
3. boil eggs..lots of it.. and cut into quarters
4. make sauce..i don't know how to do it from scratch..i just mixed 1 pack of palabok mix with 2 1/2 cups water..i used mama sita's palabok mix..heat the sauce
5. pour sauce on the pansit..top with shrimp, egg, crushed chicharon and chopped spring onions..you can add other seafoods like pusit, fish and crab but i didn't
